Excellent customer service and response time. I called just after 5 and got a live person and we were able to talk through my issue to confirm I did need help. Set a time for the next morning and they were right on time! Showed them my problem and they knew exactly how to fix it. I was also thinking I would have to pay for an additional service but they verified I didn’t need it so they didn’t just do the service bc I suggested it. I appreciate their honesty! Fast and reliable! Everything I want in a plumber. Updating – I used them again to fix our tub pipe/faucet that got knocked off the wall and once again I had a great experience!! Fast appointment. Repairman was on time, friendly, efficient and helpful! Explained situation, answered my questions and fixed it in record time. I will be calling them every time I need help. Donna in the office is awesome too!!
Steve was very professional and flexible when we had a few leaky faucets. Even though it wasn’t a big job, he came out fixed everything quickly and efficiently.
Wanted to share how Great GPS Plumbing was in switching out my broken water heater. I called them in the morning and by mid afternoon it was all done; and all at a fair price.
Second time I’ve used GPS and again, happy with the results. Called them at 9:00AM with a leak at my meter, they showed up at 11:00 (as scheduled) and finished by 2:45. Showed me the repair before replacing the dirt and cleaned the area. Recommend GPS Plumbing!
Highly Recommend – Great Service! Setting up service was easy and straightforward. The pricing was upfront and very reasonable. Justin walked me through the entire process step by step, clearly explaining where the problem was and best solution to alleviate having future problem. Very thorough in fix. Excellent service, honest and upfront pricing, and very quick to respond. (Called Friday afternoon and my job of replacing two hot water heaters was completed Monday morning!) I had 4 companies bid the job and GPS was the most transparent about pricing and what the recommended for my specific needs. Thankful for this company.
