I can’t say enough good things about GPS Plumbing. Top to bottom, a fantastic company to work with. We had a small, but difficult gas leak to fix (three days before leaving town). We were getting some pretty high quotes and long timelines from companies we called around the area. I’m glad I came across GPS when I did. Within a hour of calling, they pulled permits and had a crew at my front door. Eron and his crew-mate were top notch tradesmen. Easy to work with and very professional. They really went above and beyond to get the leak located, fixed and my gas turned back on… and all at a very reasonable price! If you need a good plumber, this is the company to save in your phone.

Also a big shout out to Donna at the front office. She was on it from the first minute I called GPS. Great communication… great customer service! I always in the loop. A+ team!

The work ranges from replacing the main line, shut-off valve, and pressure regulator valve to fixing the toilet and kitchen sink issues. They are very knowledgeable, upfront with the price, and kept their excellent crews for years. Donna is excellent; she is very accommodating, considering and pleasant to work with. I am glad I found GPS and I highly recommend GPS for your plumbing needs.

I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I couldn’t have asked for better service! First off, my problem occurred during a period of extended cold, even though it wasn’t related to the weather. GPS was amazing to get me scheduled. My Tech (Eron) was punctual, Extremely courteous and did an amazing job. Not only did they do a perfect repair. They left my bathroom in perfect condition and clean.

I’ll definitely use them for any needs in the future.

I have been very impressed with GPS Plumbing. They are communicative, quick to respond, knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of my questions. When trying to decide between models of tankless water heaters they even provided me with available model numbers so I could do my own research. Pricing is very fair and I was even given a substantial discount from my original estimate when work was not as complex as expected! They have earned a permanent customer and I will be recommending them to friends.

Fast and reliable! Everything I want in a plumber.

Excellent customer service and response time. I called just after 5 and got a live person and we were able to talk through my issue to confirm I did need help. Set a time for the next morning and they were right on time! Showed them my problem and they knew exactly how to fix it. I was also thinking I would have to pay for an additional service but they verified I didn’t need it so they didn’t just do the service bc I suggested it. I appreciate their honesty! Fast and reliable! Everything I want in a plumber.

GPS Plumbing is my new GO-TO Plumbers.

GPS Plumbing is my new GO-TO Plumbers. Justin and Sergio were very professional, diagnosed the section of burst pipe within minutes and had repairs done in 1 hour.They even found a drain pipe that was leaking a bit due to worn or lack of teflon tape and quickly fixed. Besides all of this, the price was VERY REASONABLE for plumbing work. I definitely recommend if ever you need a plumber!

We highly recommend GPS Plumbing! They provide friendly customer service both over the phone and in person. We have used them for a variety of jobs: from changing a cartridge in a shower to installing a PRV and expansion tank; and the work has been excellent. They are professional, take the time to explain their work, and leave the area clean when they are done. When friends or neighbors ask for plumber referrals, we will always tell them GPS!

We have had them come out for everything from fixing our water filter, replacing our water heaters, to fixing water pressure in the house. We highly recommend them!

We have been using GPS Plumbing for years, so this review is long overdue. They are always prompt, identify and fix the problem right away, and are priced fairly. Everyone that comes out.. whether it’s the owner, Steve or another tech, figures out the problem and gets it fixed right away.
