Our pilot light went out and we couldn’t get it to relight, so we called GPS Plumbing, and they were able to fix the problem and did not even charge us for the visit. They gave us a quote for a new water heater but did not pressure us to buy. After the pilot light went out two more times within a week (we were able to get it to relight on our own), we decided to go ahead and replace our water heater as we didn’t want to have to go up in the attic every 4-5 days to get the pilot light relit. Excellent customer service throughout. Installation only took 1.5 hrs. Will definitely use them again!

Easy to recommend. I have used them before. I called them, they called back very quickly with an appt time. Gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. Their technician was early, polite and fast. Paid har I was quoted. Easy breezy.

I needed a new toilet installed and had decided not to use my regular plumber. The quote I received was higher than I expected. I happened to see one of the GPS Plumbing trucks in my neighborhood the other day and decided to reach out. They were fast to respond. I explained what I needed done and sent pictures of the bathroom and replacement toilet. I receive a quote, via text, within minutes. I scheduled them for today. Kevin and Fisher showed up promptly to replace the old toilet with the new one. I can’t say enough about their excellent customer service, professionalism and knowledge. The replacement barely took any time at all. I believe I just found a new plumber for my future plumbing needs. GPS has the best customer service, service and pricing and they’re locally owned.
